During my math test I tired very hard to answer all of the question in my test.  It was challenging at the same time.

The Death Of My Uncle

On a cold breezy night my family brought gifts for our uncle before he went over seas.  Later on my family had to say goodbye.

Once we got home I stayed up and watched television.  I received a phone call from my cousin saying that my uncle have died while he was waiting for his flight. During his funeral I watched the family relatives crying like a flowing waterfall which was unstoppable. 

  

On the last day we took his body to the cemetery in Otahuhu.

Watching the body go down made  me sorrowful because that was the last time I was going to see him.  Later that day we headed home for a rest.

Read the four letters to the Editor and answer the questions that follow Everyday after school I have to go straight to my job at the supermarket. I do this everyday. Sometimes they ask me to work later. My parents think I need to work to help the family. I am very tired every night. I sometimes even fall asleep at my desk. Life is hard.          Kirsten I don't agree with students who complain about an after-school job. I deliver newspapers 6 days a week and I still have time to watch TV and play games with my friends. Lots of students have jobs to do. When our teacher questions our effort some of the class say they are too tired. I think they are lazy. Jabez Having an after-school job is very important. It's a good change from school and I like my job at McDonalds, it's fun and interesting. My Mum and Dad appreciate my working and not asking them for money, but they sometimes worry that I am missing out on other school activities. I like it when I can help the family. Holiday Recount 2015

On a beautiful afternoon my brothers got to go out to watch movies at Sylvia Park.  The movie started at 8.40 before we went we had to dry our church clothes for Saturday.

We headed off to Sylvia Park to buy our tickets.  Just as we paid for our tickets there were only four seats left at the front once it hit 8.35 we handed in our tickets when we entered the cinema it was very quiet.

The movie we wanted to see was Pixel.  Finally it got to 8.40 and the movie started.  I really liked watching it because it had the games Pac Man and Hong Kong in the movie, both those games are very popular.   My favourite part of the movie was when Pac Man came onto earth.  

Later on when the movie finished we waited for my mum to pick us up.   The End

Rangi And Papa

Kia Ora, this is what my group and I have done. We got to choose a legend so we did Rangi and Papa. We made a illustration of Rangi and Papa and the four  children.  We did Maori because it was Maori Language  week.

A Time To see Taiwan

On a beautiful afternoon some of room 7 got a chance to see Taiwan in the hospital.  When we arrived there we had to to buy him a gift.  Soon we had to find the room where Taiwan was.  We saw two of his mates on the other side after we gave Taiwan's gift we finished off with a prayer.  Next we got to talk with him before we left.

My Basic Fact Test

On the first week of term 3 I've done well In my basic fact test then before.  Before I had 25 out of 60 but now I have 51 out of 60.

On a Saturday morning,  I got up to  get ready for my game at Pakuranga. Then  we headed off  to Pakuranga. When we  got there I could see all of Waiheke team on the field.

When my coach arrived at the rugby ground,  we had to warm up before we played one of the challenging teams.  

Before we kicked off I had been put on a good position, once the game started we went hard on our rugs and tackles after 5 mins we scored proudly against Waiheke.

Basic Fact Test

In my basic facts today I didn't do that well because I got    most of them wrong and I took for long .  next time I will try harder for next time study on groupings within 100 so I can try harder to make it ten out of ten.

Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday is when Jesus entered Jerusalem and people laid down palms and some people even wave palms for Jesus and his donkey to walk on to town. I think Mrs Tui  talking about Jesus is making is kind of True  and false because at the time he was showing off he is telling the crowd that he is the  messiah, and the son of god.

What is prayer

1. What is prayer? - prayer is when you talk to God about your feeling’s or thanking him for everything.

2. How do we pray? - You do the sign of the cross then you put your hands together and close your eyes then you can start praying to God after you finish praying,you say amen.

3. what stop us from praying? - The things that stop me from praying is someone being noisy also when i pray i get tired.
